If you’re looking for:

• Accountability: as entrepreneurs, we all know how incredibly difficult it can be to show up every day taking the necessary actions to accomplish our big goals without anyone or anything holding us accountable. Myself and the group inside CFA will be with you every step of the way for 12 weeks, ready to hold you accountable to your dreams, point out areas for improvement, provide encouragement when things get hard, and, most of all, support you as you make progress toward where you want to be tomorrow and in the future.

• Community: being an entrepreneur can be incredibly lonely and isolating. It can be so discouraging to see other creatives making big moves and doing amazing things while you feel stuck and questioning everything. That’s the importance of having a strong, like-minded creative community behind you as you tackle your big goals. I know firsthand how incredibly powerful it is to have a group of driven creative peers at your fingertips to help brainstorm solutions, share resources and answer questions as they come up, rather than struggling through it on your own. There is no competition, jealousy or comparison happening here - we deeply support each other when we encounter setbacks and cheer each other on for every win.

• Strategy/Planning: This program is all about getting clear on your goals and creating a strategic plan to achieve them. We will work through where you want your business and life to be in the next 3, 6, 12 months and beyond, and develop a step-by-step plan to help you successfully reach your biggest goals. Each week will include a check-in on the previous week’s tasks, any setbacks you need help sorting through, and then identifying the upcoming week’s to-do’s and ensuring they align with your goals. You will receive a helpful weekly planning sheet that you will complete prior to each call and we will review as a group.

    You'll have the chance to connect with other artists and creatives in this private online community group and have regular Q&A support during the week. Brittany will be answering questions daily within the community!
